BAHAMA was founded by Alison Hill in July of 2002. Since then, Alison and Bert Hill have proudly continued to grow this family-operated business. From humble beginnings to a national presence, the family aspect of our company is integral to who we are; we aim to make every single client and employee feel like they are part of our family.

Each year, BAHAMA is certified by Women’s Business Enterprise National Council as a women-owned company. And no, we don’t just do this for bragging rights. We do it because we understand and are committed to diversity.
