As the Recruitment Manager, Erin oversees a team of highly skilled, passionate recruiters who specialize in sourcing high-caliber consultants dedicated to making an impact and providing first-class consultation for our clients. Our delivery team focuses on finding solutions to the staffing needs of our clients, primarily within the realms of Healthcare and IT.

Erin has over 8 years of Staffing experience and, prior to joining the BAHAMA family in 2021, was a Branch Manager at a local staffing firm that specializes in filling Light Industrial and Skilled Labor positions. In her free time, Erin enjoys perusing local vintage stores and spending time with her husband and five children. Her favorite season is fall and during that time, she loves to bake, experiment with soup recipes, and have fires in the backyard (in true Minnesota fashion).
