Human Resources Manager

Pam is the Human Resources Manager who leads consultants through the onboarding and compliance process for all clients. Pam is committed to supporting employees from their new hire stage through the end of a contract and answering to any HR related needs along the way. Beyond onboarding, Pam enjoys working on company marketing initiatives such as crafting social media posts and other marketing materials.

Before joining team BAHAMA in the summer of 2020, Pam spent two years as a payroll & staffing coordinator at a Major League Baseball stadium. Before that, she worked in baseball operations and hospitality. Pam loves to travel and has been to four continents. She enjoys walking around the Minneapolis Chain of Lakes, anything Minnesota Gophers, and reality TV.
