Human Resources & Operations Manager

As the Human Resources & Operations Manager, Taylor is responsible for developing and monitoring the overall HR strategies for BAHAMA. She partners with the leadership team to drive initiates, assist in process improvements, and maintain compliance.

Taylor graduated from MSU – Mankato in 2014 with a Business Management and Administration degree. She has been working in broad scope HR positions since 2014 before joining team BAHAMA in 2021 and enjoys the wide variety of responsibilities HR allows. Taylor lives in Rosemount, MN with her husband (Carl) and their two doodles (Oscar & Forrest). She enjoys doing projects around the house, gardening, and home décor. She also likes to spend her free time playing and watching sports, hanging out with friends and family, and traveling the world.
