Tarik is the Vice President of Sales and Strategy who partners with industry leaders to deliver change in today’s technology driven world. He is a strong believer in success being about how well you connect with people, how attentively you listen to their needs and wants, and how transparently you communicate your understandings to bring about the most efficient outcomes. Tarik strives daily to bridge the gap between organizational challenges and effective solutions.

Tarik brings three years of experience working in the staffing industry prior to coming to BAHAMA in 2019, where he supported Engineering and Embedded Software fields. He enjoys playing basketball, spending time chasing his Bernese Mountain dogs around, and watching thriller shows on television.
