Brianna Knutson

Brianna is the Director of Recruiting at BAHAMA Consulting. She works on fulfilling the allied needs of clients ranging from finding inpatient and outpatient talent, to individuals providing direct and indirect patient care, as well as everywhere in between! Brianna’s work style is very warm-hearted and intentional, and she absolutely loves connecting with a range of talent nationwide.

Prior to coming to BAHAMA in 2020, Brianna worked as a Recruiter for a large staffing agency in the engineering industry, specifically in the medical device space. After gaining industry knowledge, she worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a local chain of Autism therapy clinics where she gained the privileged experience of working on clinical roles. Hustle and heart have been Brianna’s experience and that is what she strives to bring to the table every day. She absolutely loves spending her days with her family, forever and always will be what brings her joy. Brianna’s next passion in life may be the game of golf, she has loved playing since she can remember. And on the days when the Minnesota weather isn’t so kind, she tends to watch a lot of Bravo.
